What did the little boy eat?

What was the animal mum liked the best?

Wonderful Wednesday

What a wonderful Wednesday it has been with the activities linking to our story this week.

Write Dance

For write dance the children enjoyed superman to warm up there fingers first and then they went onto drawing some silly socks as they created them with spots and stripes.

All About Numbers

For the number activity today the children had to order the numbers and decorate them in patterns of their choice.

Busy Bees

Fantastic work today Nursery we are so proud of you!

See you tomorrow – remember send your work in to us everyday

All About Numbers

Today’s maths is all about learning the order of numbers to 10 and pattern. Mum and Dad in this week’s story My Mum and Dad Make Me Laugh like spots and stripes but there are lots of other types of patterns. Have a look at this number song and notice the patterns on the animals in the jungle.

Now it is time for your activity. Ask a grown up to draw numbers 1 to 10 for you nice and big, like this:

Then your job is to decorate the numbers with different patterns as bright and colourful as you can. You can choose any pattern you like but try to make each number different.

Please send us photos of your numbers to 10 decorated with patterns. We can’t wait to see them.
