Let’s Get Active

In P.E the children have been working on their multiskills, which includes focusing on their core muscles. This involves balancing, using different positions with their body to create the perfect balancing skills.

In our sessions in P.E the children have been learning to stand on one leg and hold it for 3 seconds.

Using the link below the children can show you at home their brilliant balancing as it provides plenty of opportunities for them to join in with the action on the screen.

Once they are comfortable with the warm skills, you can make this exciting by setting up your living room as a Lava Zone and face the challenges! You could use cushions as a safety point as they jump along the obstacle.

The key safety tip is…. HOLD THAT BALANCE, THE FLOOR IS LAVA!
